LIVE DOWNLINK TO BE RESCHEDULED

Unfortunately, this downlink will have to be rescheduled by NASA. Until then, enjoy all of the other Story Time From Space readings & science videos on www.storytimefromspace.com

Story Time From Space is having their first LIVE DOWNLINK from the International Space Station on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 10:30 am Central.

For this live downlink, Astronaut CAPT Chris Cassidy will be doing a live reading of the book, Willow the Water Bear written by Houston Kidd. Willow the Water Bear is a book about an interesting creature called a tardigrade and her travels in extreme environments including space! What is a Water Bear?

After the reading, CAPT Cassidy will be answering a few questions that have been submitted by children.  In addition, there will be several special guests participating live during the event, sharing some of their experiences and answering questions from participants.

To participate in this unique event, you can access the segments via the Story Time From Space website or on YouTube.

Start thinking about what questions you would like to ask this amazing team. Since this is a live event, the kids or students can type in questions on our Facebook page or Twitter account for the special guests to answer as the show unfolds!

Story Time From Space program was created to engage children in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and Literacy using the excitement of space exploration.
